Blackburn of Schuyler, VA.; his siblings, David Liang (Chris) of Florida, Curtis Blackburn (Lou) of Jarrettsville, MD, Margaret Hudler (Ady) of Forest Hill, MD and Norma Evans of Bel Air, MD; and his former wife Jean Ann Blackburn of Louisa, VA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
