She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Albert and Frances Krick (Burkins); and her sister Dorothy Stewart. She is survived by : her husband Robert E. Smith; her son Dennis R. Smith (Sherry) of Delta, PA; and her sister Erma Beard of Delta, PA..

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church at the above address.
