She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Rutherford and Alverta Edwards Rutherford; her husband William Lowden; her grandchildren, Stephanie and Sheldon Lowden; and her siblings, Peggy Cowell, Ruth Frazier, Elizabeth Phillips, Irene Prato, Harry Rutherford and Velda Brown.
She is survived by: her children, William Lowden (Karen), Rachael Staggers and Thomas Lowden; her grandchildren, Renee Deuesenberry, William Staggers (Samantha) and Tamera Lowden; and her great grandchildren, Logan Bryan, Nicholas Deuesenberry, Brayden Staggers, Nico Harris and Farrah Maust. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Denbo Vesta SIX Firehall (415 Low Hill Rd., Lowhill, PA).
