She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Boccagno (Smith) and Frank Boccagno; her former life partner Gerald Johnson; and her brother Roger Wright. She is survived by : her husband Gary Horner; her daughter Kathy (Paul Freese) of Adamstown; her stepchildren, Kelly (Kevin Freed) of Lancaster and Scott (Joie Horner) of Boyertown; her sister Theresa (George Hamilla) of Hollywood, FL; her half-brothers, Robert (Susan Wright) of Durand, MI and Richard (Debbie Wright) of Muhlenberg Township; her grandchildren, Kristin Colf, Amy Camacho, Jessica Shoemaker, Julie Hansen, Andrew Freese, Anna Horner and Jaydin Horner; and her great grandchildren, Macie Colf, Carson Colf, Cameron Colf, Layla Camacho, Mya Camacho, Naomi Camacho, Madelyn Shoemaker, Logan Hansen and Griffin Hansen.

Geraldine loved animals and asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Animal Rescue League, PO Box 69.
