He was predeceased by: his parents, Landis Axe and Ethel Axe (Moore); and his children, Brenda Nixon and James D. Axe. He is survived by: his wife Frances Axe (Romig); his daughter Linda (George Dippner); and his siblings, Landis W. Axe, Jr., Barbara Weaver and Sandy Eshelman. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the C. Stanley Eckenroth Home For Funerals (209 E Main St, Terre Hill, PA 17581). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
