He is survived by: his wife Debra Holzwarth (Stephens); his daughter Karen Ernest (Nathan); his granddaughter Leni Ernest; his brother John W. Holzwarth (Nancy); and his nieces, Jessica Holzwarth, Valerie Burkeen (Curtis) and Erika Piccolomini (Mike).
