Melvin leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Melvin’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Melvin will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel Miller and Katie Miller (Bontrager); the mother of his children Ruth Ann Burkholder; and his sister Fannie Lambright. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kameryn Faith Troyer, Maverick Wayne Troyer, Morgan Alexander Troyer and Dawson Cole Mullet; his brother Joe Miller (Tammy); and his brother-in-law Homer Lambright.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home (950 N Main St, Nappanee, IN 46550). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Berea Cemetery.
