Connie Kozamchak Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2025, at the age of 74, Connie Kozamchak of Derry, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Logan and Nellie Logan (Dayton); and her brother Robert Logan. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Kozamchak of Derry Twp; her sons, Terry Seaman (Diane) of Latrobe and Michael Seaman (Dawn) of Export; her stepsons, Joseph Kozamchak (Kris) and David Kozamchak (Laura); her siblings, James Logan (Anna) of West Elizabeth, PA and Ardis Shay of Youngwood, PA; her grandchildren, Matty (Chris), Alexis (Josh), Zachary, Karissa and Nathan; her stepgrandchildren, Samuel, Kimberly (Nick) and Emily; and her great grandchildren, Natalia, Sadie, Bryce, Maureen and Jack. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Matthew X Merlin Funeral Home, Inc. (529 N Chestnut St, Derry, PA 15627). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 7:15 AM at the same location.
