It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia F. Chockla of Derry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Klym and Anna Krinock Klym; her husband Thomas F. Chockla; her sons, Thomas and William; and her siblings, Anna Irvin, Mary Ann Flowers, John, Tony, Robert and Thomas Klym.
She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Chockla of Derry, Janice Shepherd (Michael) of Irwin and Lori Gerthoffer (John) of Greensburg; and her siblings, James Klym of Latrobe, Dolores Klym of Derry and Cathie Camarote (Dominick) of Latrobe. She is also survived by four grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
