She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Malugen and Gail Hart Malugen; and her son Jacob Owen Kuzmkowski. She is survived by: her husband Dennis O. Kuzmkowski; her daughters, Autumn Kuzmkowski of Pittsburgh and Lindsey Rensko (Brandon) of Ligonier; her sister Melaina Jones (Michael) of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Blake and Scarlet.
