He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Andrew and Ethel Pearl Zitterbart; his in-laws, Charles "Red" and Rebecca Jane Rice; his siblings, Ray, George, Charles and Donna; and his brother-in-law La Marne Bricker.

He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Bricker (Wayne Zitterbart) of Morris, IL; and also, Edra Mae Zitterbart (Rice), R. Eugene Zitterbart (Melody), Randy Sr. Zitterbart (Beth), Rhonda Bachman (Tony) and Ryan Zitterbart (Donna). He is also survived by his six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Ligonier Valley Bible Church (326 N Grant St, Ligonier, PA 15658).
