He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Bergman (Fisher) and Roy F. Bergman of Derry, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his children, Connor Bergman, Lauren Burkart (Chris) and Patrick Bergman (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Arthur and Zoe Bergman; and his sister Mona Lou McConnaghey of Falmouth, MA.
In lieu of flowers, Roy has requested donations be made to the Veterinary Student Scholarship Fund through Penn Vet.
