He was predeceased by: his wife Dulcine Dinsmore. He is survived by: his children, Dulcine Dinsmore, Susan Masciandaro (Michael), Theodore Dinsmore (Diane), Nancy Graham (Robert), Samuel Dinsmore, Daniel Dinsmore (Katharine) and Andrea Meals. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family is especially grateful to Jack's daughter, Nancy, for her unwavering dedication and loving care of Jack during his struggle with Alzheimer's.
