David Racht Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Racht and EvAnn Cox Racht of Waymart; his siblings, Nadine Racht LaPlaca (Paul), Rachelle Hopsicker (Peter Hopsicker), Marissa Ryan (Bernardo) and Darren Racht; his siblings' children, Kathryn, Madelyn Hopsicker and Willem Cioci; and his close friend Jeff Witts. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Visitation Church (1090 Carmalt St, Dickson City, PA 18519). A reception was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude's in his honor.
