In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Foley and Rose Rock Foley; and his siblings, Patrick and Grace Foley. He is survived by: his wife Irene B. Ciesielski Foley; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Ciesielski and Florence Mancini of Etters, PA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
