She is survived by: her husband Gary; her daughters, Madeliene and Rosalie; her parents, John Warzecha (Viki) of Olyphant, PA and Jennifer Melore (Vinny) of Dickson City, PA; her aunt Theresa O'Hare (James) of Lake Ariel, PA; and her uncle Greg Piechocki (Trisha) of New Milford, PA. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
