He was predeceased by: his wife Bernadine Rook Kvaka; his parents, Michael Kvaka and Mary Haitovic Kvaka; and his siblings, Andrew, Michael, Frank, John, Margaret, Veronica, Paul Kvaka and Eleanor Mesick.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Kvaka Jr., LuAnn Hameza (Nick Hameza) and David Kvaka (Bonnie Kvaka). He is also survived by 3 children, 3 granddaughters, and 4 great-grandchildren.
