He was predeceased by: his parents, Clive Blake and Regina Every Blake; his daughter Bianca Marino Beck; his brother Milo; and his son Jesse Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Paoletti; his children, Mitchell Blake (Julia) and Vanessa Blake; his brothers, Clive Blake Jr. (Nancy) and Brian Blake (Karen); his grandchildren, Anthony, Samantha and Brooklyn (Luscious); his mother-in-law Barbara Paoletti; his sister-in-law Gena Taylor (Rob); and his son-in-law Matt Beck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank T Mazur Funeral Home (601 Dundaff St, Dickson City, PA 18519). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (1101 Willow St, Peckville, PA 18452).
