With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael G. Fedorka of Dickson City, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2025. As we bid Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fedorka and Ann Nardozzi Fedorka of Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church. He is survived by: his wife Donna Belivakici Fedorka; his children, Juliann Fedorka, Michael Fedorka and Matthew Fedorka (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Aiden Fedorka of Blakely and Aylin Kuehner of Blakely; and his sisters, Ann Mishura (Richard) of Dickson City and Carol Brownlee of Dickson City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frank T Mazur Funeral Home (601 Dundaff St, Dickson City, PA 18519). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 10:30 AM. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Catherine's Cemetery (1252 Drinker Turnpike, Covington Township, PA 18444).
