He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Cooper and Lucille Cooper (Haughney). He is survived by: his children, James Cooper (Jeanette) of Saint Clair, John Cooper (Amy) of Palo Alto, Thomas Cooper III of Dieners Hill, Patricia Mertz (Richard) of Friedensburg, Brian Cooper (BobbyJo) of Port Carbon and Shannon Witman (James) of Port Carbon; and his brother Terry Cooper (Belinda) of Dieners Hill. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; nieces and nephews.
