He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Warfield and Lucretia "Creety" Keen Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Anthony (Davis); his children, Duane H. Anthony (Susan), Katherine Wyrick (Jonathan), Elizabeth Anthony and Jason M. Anthony (Gina); his grandchildren, Justin Anthony and Allison Anthony; his sister Ellen K. Flury (Paul); and his mother-in-law Janet H. Davis. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, and cherished nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hope Grace Church Missions or Wellsville Frontier Days, P.O. Box 246, Wellsvillle, PA 17365, with a note in the memo line.
