He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle L. Diener and Roberta E. Diener (Swartz); and his sister Patricia Roulston. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lee Diener (Brandt); his children, Lisa Ann Border (Jeffrey) of East Berlin, Kimberly Ann Downey (Mike) of Dillsburg and Andrew Charles Diener of Mechanicsburg; and his grandchildren, Michael Downey, Zachery Border, Dylan Border, Ashley Patteson, Courtney Diener, Rebecca Downey, Jacob Border, Mackenzie Downey, Kiley Downey and Isabella Downey. He is also survived by thirteen greatgrandchildren; and two nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grantham Brethren in Christ Church (421 Grantham Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
