With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debora Smith of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell T. Welch and Mildred Welch (Zimmerman). She is survived by: her husband Robert Louis Smith; her children, Jeremy C. Louthian of Harrrisburg, David M. Louthian (Kelly Davis) of Quarryville, Kristen L. Cohen (Paul) of Lebanon, TN and J. Lowell R. Louthian (Jamie Ryder) of Lancaster; her siblings, Robert T. Welch (Debra) of Aspers, Gary A. Welch (Gayle) of Mt. Joy, Sharon Miller (John) of The Villages, FL and James L. Welch (Tracey) of Elizabethtown; and her friend Barb Szymanski of Forest Hill, MD.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
