She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald G. Valentine and Frances Valentine (Mentzer); her husband Charles E. Nell; and her sister Patricia Shank. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal D. Rhoads (Gil); her grandchildren, Derek (Charlotte), Douglas Rhoads (Melissa) and Lindsay Ranieri (Julian); her son Carlton L. Nell (Treva) of Dillsburg; her grandchildren, Austen (Hanna), Lexie (John) and Lizzie; her son Jason C. Nell (Melissa) of Dover; her grandsons, Justin (Katie) and Joshua; her siblings, Dianna Shank of Orrtanna, Carolyn Priest of Greencastle and Donald Valentine, Jr. of Orrtanna; and her close friend Timothy O'Donnell of Spring Grove. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
