He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Stough and Arlene Stough (Grove); and his grandson Nolan. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Stough (Kennedy) of Dillsburg; his son Stephen (Heidi); his grandchildren, Conner and Morgan of Camp Hill; his daughter Colleen (Chuck); his grandchildren, Leland and Layla of Dillsburg; and his brother Joel of Ohio. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mount Olivet United Church of Christ, East Berlin, PA.
