He was predeceased by : his daughter Marian Lee Willis. He is survived by : his wife Margie A. Willis (Morrison); his son Cephas S. Willis of York Springs; his grandchildren, Marian Jean "M. J." Willis and Harrison "Harri" Willis; his stepson John J. Leathers (Deanne) of Dover; his granddaughters, Grace C. and Hope E. Leathers of Dover; his stepdaughter Karen A. Ensor (Eric) of Dillsburg; his granddaughter Holly A. Beh (Brandon) of Lewisberry; his great grandchild Thomas J. Beh; and his grandchild Eddie E. Ensor of Dillsburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
