He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Powley and Ruth Powley (Neff); his son Lynn W. Powley; and his siblings, Victor, Patricia Weber, Robert and Joe.

He is survived by : his wife Faye A. Powley (Ross); his son Tracey L. Powley of Dillsburg; his brother Jack Powley of Dillsburg; his grandson Sage; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Easton.
