She was predeceased by: her sister Betty J. Whisler. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Blough; her children, Michael E. Blough (Julia Hobart) of Allentown, David A. Blough (Shelly) of Mountville and Michelle E. Hain (Russel) of Waynesboro; and her brother Carl L. Fogle of Annapolis, MD. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
