She was predeceased by: her parents, Virlus Rudolph and Susanna Rudolph (Horst); her grandson Bryant Earhart; and her siblings, Amos, David, John, Nathan, Paul and Esther Weaver.
She is survived by: her husband Galen Hess; her children, Michael (Linda), Ray, Carlisle, Pennsylania, Lamar (Sharon), Leroy (Sherry), Elaine Earhart (David) and Joyce Paylor (Mark); and her siblings, Noah Rudolph and Martha Petre (Roy). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
