She is survived by: her husband Richard Jacobs; her children, Richard "Scott" Jacobs, Jr. (Tara) of Simpsonville, SC, Julie Sitnik (John) of Winter Garden, FL and Laurie Carneiro (Ademir) of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Thomas Meads of St. Petersburg, FL, Julianne Shelton (Isaac) of Norfolk, VA, Autumn Williams (Jay) of Orlando, FL, Angelica Carneiro of Santa Clara, CA, Allyson Sasinowski (Tom) of Sterling, VA, Emily Patterson (Matt) of Lynchburg, VA, Natalie Hughes of Ormond Beach, FL, Richard Scott Jacobs III and Hannah Jacobs of Simpsonville, SC. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
