He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert N. Blough and Mary Blough (Barkhymer); his wife Marlene E. Blough (Fogle); and his siblings, Emma Jean Harrison and Allen Blough.
He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Blough (Julia Hobart) of Allentown, David A. Blough (Shelly) of Mountville and Michelle E. Hain (Russel) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
