He was predeceased by: his parents, Butch Southern and Mary Conklin; and his brothers, William, Gerald Allen and Jobie Conklin.
He is survived by: his wife Magda Anthony (Rivera); his children, Michael Anthony (Lisa), Esther Roman (Gil), Francesca Grogan (Chris) and Monique Brown (Cameron); his grandchildren, Michael Anthony Jr., Lia, Hunter Anthony, Stephanie Martin, Michael Roman, Travis Grogan, Jasmine Lopez, Cameron and Amel Brown; and his sisters, Barbara Roberts, Judy Mead (Tom), Kelly Gunther and Denise Thompson Perry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
