He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matsick and Charlotte Smedley Matsick; and his brother Larry Matsick. He is survived by: his wife Lynn M. Matsick (Doyak); his children, Leigh Matsick (Donald), Lexi Amatangelo (William), Dave Jr. and Heather; his siblings, Kathy Bunardzya (Vance) of Rostraver, Tim Matsick (Nancy) of Belle Vernon and Steve Matsick (Lynn) of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Davis and Donnie Kaczka. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
