He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Jerry" Charnesky Sr. and Elizabeth Sokol Charnesky. He is survived by: his brother Jim Charnesky of Pittsburgh, PA; his nephews, Evan and Jesse Charnesky; his stepmother Marla Charnesky; his uncle Carl Charnesky (Lavonue); and his aunt Theresa Marcin.
