He was predeceased by: his father Paul Puskar. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Puskar (Smorada) of Uniontown; his wife Lora Puskar (Kolar) of Carroll Township; his son Michael Puskar (Elle Eutsey) of Pittsburgh; his sister Jennifer Garofalo (Michael) of Latrobe; his brothers-in-law, Barry Kolar (Maria) of Morgantown, Kevin Kolar (Lucy) of Wake Forest and Chris Kolar of Uniontown; and his mother-in-law Carole Kolar (Vargo) of Uniontown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
