She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustavo Garcia and Helen Garcia (Fendya); her husband William W. Todd; and her brother Stephen J. Garcia. She is survived by: her children, Thomas G. Todd (Mary Beth) of Hempfield Township and Tamera Ference (Ross) of Carroll Township; her grandchildren, Alex Todd (Shelby), Nathan Todd, Katie Todd (Zach Rulli) and Will Gaffey; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Griger and Nancy Garcia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the activities department at Grandview Estates, 1151 Scenery Drive, Elizabeth, PA 15037 in Sandy's name.
