She was predeceased by: her mother Flora Jane Crookham; and her son Ryan Meadows. She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Meadows; her children, Kelly L. Dickman (John), Ken Meadows (Lynn) and Jon Meadows; her sister Karen L. Miller; and her grandchildren, John, Ellen Dickman, Ryan and Brianna Meadows.
