He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Grubb and Guida Grubb; and his siblings, Donald, Stanley Grubb and Cheryl Dykstra.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Stephanie Rivaux (Cindy Hoffman), Alyson Grubb, Katharine Banaszak Naccarato (Michael Naccarato), Susan Banaszak Shirey (Stephen Shirey), Steven Banaszak and Marissa Hutter (Jason Hutter); his grandchildren, Isabella, Karina, Jack, Aiden, Ava and Addie; his pets, Gracie, Finn, Lily, Leo and Betsy; his siblings, Stephen Grubb (Lisa Grubb) and Janet Becker (Jack Becker); and his sisters-in-law, Arkie Grubb and Ann Grubb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dormont Funeral Home (2630 W Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
