He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, F. Robert Addis and Mary Jane Addis (Bitler); his wife Kathy L. Addis (Bell); his son Robert J. Addis, Jr. (Kari) of Shillington, PA; his sister Carole Haines of Palmyra, PA; and his granddaughters, Andria L. and Valleri J. Addis.
