He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Lee and Vesta Mae Morrow; and his sisters, Elizabeth Ann and Frances Smith. He is survived by: his wife Judith F. Morrow of Douglassville, PA; his children, Allison Merrell (Tim) of Collegeville and Thomas W. Morrow, Jr. (Catherine) of Claymont, DE; his grandchildren, Ty, Sam and Christopher; and his stepgrandchildren, Chris, Sophia and Taylor.
