He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Swartz, Sr. and Ruth Swartz (Luckenbaugh); his stepmother Catherine Swartz (Sheets); and his brother Frank E. Swartz (Bev). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. "Cindy" Swartz (Leathery); his daughters, Beverly J. Mathison (Todd) of Dover and Vickie L. Hoskin (Brian) of Dover; his grandchildren, Jennifer Crone, Ashlee Henney (Jimmy) and Andrew Hoskin (Renny); and his great grandchildren, Shane, Emily, Taivon, Reyden and Ajani.
