He was predeceased by: his father Rudolph E. Keister. He is survived by: his mother Claudia I. Keister (Gemmill) of Dover; his sister Jean D. Green (Duane) of York; his stepmother Shirley Keister of Shiloh; his stepsiblings, Michelle Shenberger of Dover and Chuck Green of York; his nephew William Christian; and his nieces, Celeste and Elizabeth Christian. He is also survived by two great nephews; four great nieces; two maternal aunts; one maternal uncle; and numerous cousins.
