Myers (John Jr) of Spring Grove; his grandchildren, Dakota, Austin, Valerie, Brady and Bryan; his sister Eloise Casterline (Darryl) of Marshall, VA; his nieces, Elizabeth and Eileen; his sisters, Diana and Sandra; his mother-in-law Shirley Hartlaub; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Martz (Greg), Jaimie Hartlaub (Tammy) and Randy Hartlaub.
