She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Simmons; her parents, Anthony J. Mann, and Doris V. Mann, Jr. (Ditzler); and her siblings, Cathy Campbell, Dorothy Swartz, Mary Jordan and Michael Mann.
She is survived by: her brothers, Anthony J. Mann III (Linda) of Dover, John Mann (Sylvia) of Mesa, AZ and Harold R. "Bob" Mann (Corina) of Dover. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
