He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna M. Vogelsong (Hoover); his parents, James R. Vogelsong and Anna P. Vogelsong (Bishop); his stepmother Julia Vogelsong (Highland); and his sisters, Mary Morrison and Joyce Ann Gray.
He is survived by: his sons, James R. Vogelsong (Sandra) of Spring Grove, Bryan L. Vogelsong (Tina) of York and David L. Vogelsong (Stacy) of Dover; and his siblings, Ruth Anna Krouse, Elsie Rae Leathery, Gretchen Krouse, Becky Braun and Richard Vogelsong. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
