She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell O. Leib; her parents, Edgar J. Hartman and Ruth E. Hartman (Crone); and her brother Joseph Hartman. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Leib of Dover, Rosalie Mitzel of Red Lion, Bonita Arber (Scott) of Dover and Darlene Brown (Marlin) of Dover; and her siblings, Sharon Steffan of York, Diane Hartman of Manchester, Larry Hartman of North Dakota and Dennis Hartman of Georgia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Red Run Church (6623 Davidsburg Rd, East Berlin, PA 17316). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
