With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ray Kohr of Dover, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce E. Kohr (Kohler); his parents, C. C. Kohr and Violet V. Kohr; and his siblings, Edwin, Gladys, Ruth, Isabelle, Gertrude and Madelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Dean E. Kohr (Kathy) of Manchester, Dwayne D. Kohr (Kate) of Carlisle, Deirdre E. Kohr (Brian Karsnitz) of York, Douglas R. Kohr (Debra) of Manchester and Dana L. Schmuck (Thomas) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kohr, Aaron Morningstar (Kayla), Zachary Kohr (Kathy), Sean Schmuck (Sarah), Morgan Kohr (Ben), Allison Morningstar (Christian), Daphne Himes (Aiden), Beau Kirchner (Tisha) and Joseph Leo (Anna). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
