He is survived by: his wife Mary Ida Deardorff (Gerber); his grandchildren, Kory J. Deardorff (Jodi) and Kara S. Koontz (Kevin Koontz); his great grandchildren, Evelyn (Evie), Levi Deardorff, Kolby and Kalista Koontz; and his brother Gerald Deardorff of York.
