He was predeceased by: his mother Joanna M. Eckenrode; and his granddaughter Nichole Parsley. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Sandy S. Kehr (Chad) of East Berlin, Jennifer L. Scarlato (Chris) of Dover and Jason S. Eckenrode (Ashley) of East Berlin; and his grandchildren, Jason Eckenrode, Collin Kehr (Leyda), Courtney Schnars, Chelsea Stoner (Jacob), Autumn Schnars, Samantha Schnars, Colton Kehr, Carolynn Kehr, Kirabella Eckenrode and Shaylee Eckenrode. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Baptist Church (5005 Carlisle Rd, Dover, PA 17315). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
