He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Strausbaugh (Oelschlager); his parents, Roman W. Strausbaugh and Edna Strausbaugh (Kessler); and his siblings, Fred, Carl Strausbaugh and Kay Rihn.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Strausbaugh (Eunice) of Dover, Eric Strausbaugh (Cindy) of Allentown, Lauren Strausbaugh (Don Griffin) of York and Anita Hartman (Charles, Jr.) of Spring Grove; and his brother Robert Strausbaugh of Spring Grove. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
